Disappointing service delivery

Very disappointed by Mr Price service delivery in Beacon Bay very unprofessional and displeasing, what I experienced on the 13/02/2024 and the manager being rude and does not want to be told instead she wants to rush to prove that they are right instead of listening to a customer, Mr Price Beacon Bay was my go to shop but now I doubt I will ever go there due to them not taking accountability and being unprofessional.

They labeled sale prices and which I believed was the price since the label was on the clothing when I got to the till I was told a different price yet they made a mistake instead of talking accountability the manager was in a rush I don't know if she was rushing to go and smoke as she had the cigarette in her hand so it just flustered her hearing my story.

If a store puts a price of an item and it is exactly that item how is the client suppose to know that it was a mistake? Apparently the pricing label overlaps? And there is NOTHING they can do! Wow😠😡 talk about Bantu Pele policy
