DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I purchased online on 21st May, processed payment and delivery was said to be 28th May..perfect timing as I needed my package for Sunday..26 May I get an email advising shipment out on delivery..Friday 28th may I spent the better part of my afternoon trying to get assistance for my delivery and not a single person in Mr Online service was able to assist...neither did they bother to even call back..my payment went off my account my insurance added to my purchase but no order received..all I get was my parcel is under investigation..what for??? No one can answer..eventually I take it upon myself to find the courier company responsible for my delivery and get all the information and resolve this myself...thank you for the pathetic service received and don't ever tell me you understand because you don't..if you did..you would have actually gone the extra mile...and yes I did swear that is from the frustration of making several calls, be placed on hold and still not getting assistance...and the so called WhatsApp service was also not available today..
