Disappointing service

I placed 2 orders one the 17th of January and the othe on the 18th, delivery has be moved up twice and im still waiting. On the tracking log my parcel is at the wearhouse floor from the 20th. All efforts to have this issue resolved and my order delivered has not been fruitful. Last week a consultant told me to wait for two days i will receive my order, im still waiting l. Your service is pathetic, im disappointed do better by your customers.
