Disappointing service

I am really disappointed in Mr Price and their courier company. I placed an order online and since Friday the 18th November I have been receiving emails and text messages from Fastway couriers which is the courier they used that my parcel will be delivered by 5pm. I cannot wait around for a parcel that never gets delivered the whole day. I would rather Mr Price refund me my money.
