Disappointing service

Disappointed at the service that I got from Mr Price Home Design Quarter. I work at the center and they have items on sale, some are marked for R1 on the floor, on Friday 17/05 I bought few items, some marked for R1 and there were no issues on Saturday 18/05 I went back to see if I can get more items.. Who wouldn't for that price.. Anyway Saturday I was told I am not allowed to buy.. My question was why have those items on the floor if we not allowed to buy. They made a call to a regional who authorized the sale.. Sunday 19/05 my colleague and I went.. She saw a tea set on the floor where the clearance stock is, but it was not marked with a sale ticket, when we asked for a price we were told it's R10 by a supervisor we wanted to get it, but no one was willing to assist us. We ended up leaving the store.. So I want to know if we are allowed to shop for Mark down items at Mr Price DQ or not..
