Disappointing service

<p>About two weeks ago, my partner and I went to Mr Price, Mafikeng Mall in North West. We requested to use their fitting room to try out a few items. We were told, however, that store policy does not permit us to share a fitting room. We decided to leave the store and not purchase any of the items. We then went to a Mr Price outlet at the waterfall mall in Rustenburg, were we received the best service and also able to share the fitting with our daughter. It is not really clear what the Mr Price policy is about fitting room services but I sincerely believe that it must be uniform and communicated well to customers to avoid future misunderstanding. </p>
