Disappointing Service

One week ago I placed an order online with Mr Price. The money was deducted from my account immediately. A few days later I followed up to see when I would be taking delivery and only then was it indicated that the money had not been released. With numerous email conversations nothing was explained to me if what I needed to do or what the problem was.A week later I am still sitting without my merchandise and still sitting R1000 out of pocket. My bank is unable to help as Mr Price Finance refuse to send me a statement on a letterhead. I am furious.
