Disappointing Online shopping experience

I ordered an item on the 17th of November and it was set to to be available for store collection on the 26th of November, latest. On Tuesday I check my emails for a confirmation email telling me to go collect my order and there's nothing. I go to the Mr Price store where I asked for it to delivered, to see if they delivered it but somehow didn't send the email & the store assistant tells me the item hasn't been delivered. The next day, I call their customer care to find out if it has been delivered and I'm given excuses about the Black Friday rush period so my order will only be delivered on Monday the 2nd of December. Today I receive an email telling me that my parcel is "STILL waiting for me to go collect it at the Mr Price in Sebokeng" ???? "STILL waiting" when you're the ones who messed up? Disappointing customer service Mr Price.
