Disappointing online experience

Most people opt for online shopping due to work and other commitments. I am very disappointed with the online experience. I made an order on Monday (25th) which arrived within the promised timeframe. However my order was not complete. No form of communication was made regarding that, and my money account was never credited for the outstanding item. I was promised that it would be credited today, that hasn’t happened. The service was meant for convenience, however th after service is far from it.
