I’m reaching out to share a very disappointing experience I’ve had with Mr Price regarding an order I placed online. On 21 January 2025, I purchased a pair of shoes for my wedding, which is scheduled for Saturday, 1 February 2025. The order was confirmed with an order number, and I was told that I would receive the delivery by 29 January 2025. However, when I called the Mr Price call center at ***to check on the status of my delivery, I was informed that the parcel would take another 7 to 10 days to reach the store and that I it yet to be delivered to the courier company. This news is extremely frustrating, especially considering the shoes are for my wedding, and I had been assured of a much earlier delivery. I called again on the morning of 29 January 2025, and two agents picked up the call. When I explained my situation, both of them abruptly hung up without any further explanation or assistance. As you can imagine, this has left me in a very stressful situation, and I am urgently seeking a solution. I cannot afford to wait another 7 to 10 days for my order. I need the shoes by Friday, 31 January 2025 at the absolute latest to wear them on my wedding day. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible, and I’m hoping for some urgent intervention to ensure I receive the shoes in time.
