Disappointing Experience with Mr Price group

I'm extremely disappointed with Mr Price Group's service. Despite clearly stating I didn't want additional products, they added funeral plans and insurances to my agreement without my consent. When I emailed to dispute this, I received no response. The lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. I expect better communication and respect for customer preferences.
