Disappointing Delivery

I am highly disappointed in Mr Price. I ordered clothing off their app which I have done several times. However, their system had some error and has sent my package to Kolonade in Montana when I selected the Menlyn store. I went in to collect my package and the employees were of no assistance. They said they could not get it to the correct store, it’s out of their hands and it is now my problem. This is a massive inconvenience on my side for an issue their system caused. This is unacceptable and disappointing! What kind of company are you running that it is your error but you do nothing to correct it?!
