Disappointing customer service MR PRICE

So I went into mr price Sandton city this afternoon and I was instructed to carry my new clothes in my hands out the shop or buy a bag for R70 as they claimed to not having any paper/plastic bags for shoppers and told me that head office instructed them to tell us so( as customers) and that there was nothing for them as cashiers to do. What a ridiculous statement and disappointing service MRPRICE.
