Disappointing Customer service

The service from Mr Price customer service is horrible.

I placed 2 orders from Mr Price on their app. The first order was placed on the 20 June 2021 and the second order was placed on the 21 June 2021. Both orders were payed for but I didn’t receive any confirmation that they received my orders. I contact customer asking them about the orders and I was told that there is nothing they can do, I must contact them after 2 days in which I did.

I was told that they received the payments but they can see my orders. I requested for a refund, they told me, I will be refunded within 3-5 days. Each time I call the Mr Price customer care line, I’m told that they have issued a voucher. I tell them each time that I don’t want a voucher but I’ld like my money back. I’ve spoken to over 10 agents, I still haven’t received my refund and it’s been well over a month

I’m very disappointed in their service and all I want is my money back. This is not how customers should be treated
