Disappointed with Mr Price online

I am highly disappointed in Mr [rice on line ,on the 10th December 2018 I placed an order and paid for express delivery for my items to be delivered at a store on Thursday the 13th.I called the call centre 3 times on Friday and they assured me that my order will be delivered on Friday between 15:00 and 17:00. Today it’s the 18 December 2018 still no email from Mr price online nothing, What is upsetting is that I needed the clothing to wear on Sunday the 16th December 2018 and I had to go out of my way and me and my daughter another outfit somewhere else. You would think Mr price online shopping is convenient when it’s actually a headache. They all seem to not care and I will never ever refer anyone to them ever again.
