Disappointed with Mr price

I am so disappointed with Mr price I have always paid my account on time and I've been trying to close my account over 4 months already every month I still get sent a statement and there is always a story after a story and all they want is my money now how can it be so quick to open an account but to close is such a mission I've had it now I'm so frustrated
