Disappointed to the core

My delivery was due 6 May and I'm still waiting. Received an sms on the 5th saying that it it will be delivered before 17:00 and nothing came. Received another sms yesterday which was the 8th and still no delivery. Why exactly do we pay delivery fee of this is how they operate. I've never felt so disappointed with service delivery.
