Disappointed Service

I pay my Mr price account via eft every 25. Usually i can go around the 28th and buy at the shop. Yesterday the 4th i went to irene mall mr price and they told me the money is not reflecting. I went online at home to see it was reflected, and went again today to boksburg mr price, only to be told again by the cashiers that the money was not reflecting. Im in a hurry and this has cost me petrol twice! The head office was closed when they tried phoning them but even when i showed them the eft i made and credit in my account via my app they say it doesnt reflect.

Mr price does NOT care about the customers, and they dont care about sorting out their problems.. i would not recommend this place to anyone. I regret ever opening this account. I cannot get hold of anyone to help me sort this out. I am extremely disappointed
