Disappointed on Mr price online shopping

I actually ordered some shoes and hats from them on the 27th of October 23 after 7 days of not getting any communication from them I called to find out what's going on,the lady that I was speaking with she said that I must expect my order the next coming week(Monday) okay fine Monday came still no communication from them I called again the lady said "give me a moment to check for you"ever since I was put on hold for about good 15 minutes and she hang up. I've send the email the very same day I even went to complain on the website. Yesterday 10th of November I called again the lady was very sweet and she checked my order she then said my order was still in delivery port but she will find out why is it taking so long because by this time I should collected my order she then went further more that after she found out what's happening she will send me an email which she didn't send.i would like hellopeter to help me to get my order if they are unable to do so they can refund me my money.thank you
