Disappointed no product received
<p>On Tuesday 16/05/2017 at 7:40am I purchased a pair of boots on the Mr Price website, I selected the fastest and most expensive option which was express delivery at a cost of R45 as delivery was promised to be delivered within 1-3 workings as I wanted to use the boots this weekend and I knew I would receive the shoe before Friday I decided to track my order online as I didn't receive update email for delivery the day after, when I checked my order status to my surprise the order was still being processed , I there after sent a chat request to find out status of my order ,Eugene James assisted with my query ,He was very helpful however he advised me my order will only be delivered either Friday or Monday. This is 4/5 days after placing a my order, Technically a working day is counted 8am to 5pm, I place my order 7:45am on Tuesday before the start of the working day Eugene called me on Thursday to apologize for delay in delivery and to refund me on delivery should I not receive the shoe on Friday. Guess what I still have not received my shoe. I am not impressed this was my first experience purchasing on the Mr price website, I specifically paid extra to ensure I with get the shoes before the weekend to my disappointment I still have not received my the shoes when I could of went in store on weekend and purchased the shoe however I believed Mr price service delivery would of been faster. </p>

After receiving my order over a week later, One of the Mr price consultant promised to refund me on my delivery charges due to the delay, I haven't heard from him. When i eventually received the order , the order was incorrect! I received a totally different boots,not the boots advertised on the website. The service is pathetic !! I will advise everyone not to purchase from Mr price, I was ****** off delivery charges and received the incorrect item . The Consumer protection commission will mostly receive my complaint against Mr price for the False advertising and not meeting the consumer protection act criteria.
