Disappointed Mr price customer

I bought Nokia C10 on the 4th of July then 5 days later it started giving me problems like taking long to download apps,freezing and taking long to open apps,so I took back the phone to Mr price ( Clearwater)7 days later and they told me that they will send it to Nokia for repairs which they did, and it came back with the report that there's nothing wrong with the phone.I took it back and it started doing the same thing. I had to go back to the store again Kgomtso and Thobile promised to call me back after talking to their superior they never did,I had to call Kgomotso 7 days later who told me that she's sorry she thought that Thobile phoned me.they've booked the phone with Nokia again,I really needed a phone for my mom I bought her another phone since I wasted my hard earned money buying a phone that is not working from Mr price.

I'm very disappointed at Mr Price service I've been their loyal customer from 2003 .
