DISAPPOINTED MR PRICE ACCOUNT HOLDER

I bought 2 jeans on 1 September, left them in my house(Cpt) and went home(E.C). Returned last week and the jeans don’t fit me, went to Zevenwacht mr price to return them and they didn’t want to take them back “ they have a 30 day policy” I just wanted to do an exchange not a refund but NO Tags and everything is there I did not wear their clothes.
