Disappointed mother of a 5year old

I ordered online on the 25th October and my order was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. Claudell Pillay after an hour on the line promised me that together with their sandton manager will ensure my child's shoes are delivered this morning...guess what my child isnt at her graduation as no shoes have been delivered and zero communication

I hope Mr Price is proud of themselves
