Disappointed in Mr Prize and Mr prize headoffices

Very disappointed in Mr price and Mr price head offices. We app**** for a account 2 weeks ago and received a sms say it is been preapproved but need to send them bank statements. So we went to Mr prize the Glen took them all info. They faxed it through. Just to receive another sms they waiting for the statements. We went again to Mr prize took all info to send (fax) through to head office. Just to receive the same sms again. So we went in again and no one knew how to help us or help to open a account. Asked for the manager and a person doing the Financials as they said helped and faxed the bank statements to head office. We just now received another sms again to say it's pending waiting for the documents...... Please help as what is going on. Why the struggle to open a account??? This unexceptable.
