DISAPPOINTED IN MR PRICE

On the 26th April 2022 i received a call from the Mr price agents telling me my account was in arrears and i told the consultant that i don't have an account with them and i was advised to write an affidavit. On the 28th April 2022 I sent my documents to ccollections account and customer care account and they told me via E-mail that they will be in contact soon in December 2022 i received a letter from their attorneys because they handed me over to them. After so much struggle with follow-ups i called Mr price call center today 28th March 2023 and I was told that i have been sending my documents to the wrong department what frustrates me is that the very same department that i have been sending documents to never directed me to the relevant department. This is impacting my credit score baldly and it is tarnishing my name because i don't have an account with Mr price and i never app**** for a Mr price account
