Disappointed

I received messages that I won a R200 voucher for shopping over black Friday. I received incomplete messages. I called customer care and Accounts a couple of times but didn't receive any message with the withdrawal number, I went to Mr Price shops and they also tried and nothing came, I have been calling them and put on hold for 20mins or so to get through to Accounts, I wasted my airtime and time to the value of more than the R200 I won but never got. I feel like it was a lie, if I won why did I not get the withdrawal code? The campaign was just to pull a lot of sales, why did they send the message if they can't give me access to the voucher?
