Disappointed

I wrote a review on the 8th and made a call afterwards which took almost 20mins to be answered finally I got help from some lady who placed me on hold for her to check what we happening with my order she got back to me advising she was on another line with the couriers and my order is still not delivered this after 10 days Wow and she took my mobile number told me she will call me as she has requested for the courier company to update her whenever the delivery is made and while I was on a call with her she confirmed an email was sent by the courier company confirming delivery will be made before Friday the 12th and the store will call me to collect the order....and now it's Sunday 01:37 have not received anything. Can I atleast be refunded as I am running out of time since I made this order to give my friend a birthday gift and and tomorrow its her birthday and I don't have the gift....no money to buy another one.
