Disappointed.

I bought a jacket at Carlton center and I was adviced that I can change it any mr price it won't be a problem if is the same amount so when I go to jabulani mall to change it i was told that they can't help me if i don't have my account card with me I'm surprised coz is the same amount theres no difference of amount I'm so disappointed wasted my money to go there.
