Disappointed!!!!

Deeply disappointed in mr price Trade route mall branch they are very rude disrespectful they don't know how to explain or speak to customers with any respect I'm a customer for over 5years have a clothing as well for 5years yet they management is rude does not try to help or explain things in a respectful way rather laugh with other stuff !!! New management with people's skills needed !!
