Disappointed Client

Yesterday 27 October when to go collect my LAYBY and the service I received at Mr Price Sandton not good at all,the agent took her 45min to go collect it from the back she said,it first started with me not receiving my refund and the lady that assisted insisted she gave it to me,I requested for a footage to be pulled out and when they did they realized I did not receive it, I felt belittled for only R70 and for the mere fact that I wanted to use it for a LAYBY.

The service is not good at all.

Not a happy client.
