Disappointed by the lank of help and assistance from Mr Price

My purse was ****** and had my ID , drivers license and account cards inside. I went to the store in Randpark ridge with my affidavit and my passport to try and block the account or stop the card. They told me with no ID they were unable to help. They would not even look at my affidavit and would not accept my passport. I then emailed Mr.Price help twice and still have not had a response. My Account is paid off and don't want my card being used. I am disappointed by Mr.Price and not being able to assist. Things like this happen and there has to be a way to help their customers better! When my new ID arrives I will definetly be closing this account !
