Disappointed by service

I have app**** for a Mr Price account online,an agent called me to complete the application.When we were done I got an sms that my application has been conditionally approved, with a limit of 8000. After that I sent required documents but to my surprise when I call Mr Price call centre my application was never completed. I was told that another agent would call me to complete and I am still waiting even after I called numerous times. I feel as though Mr Price agents are ***********.
