Disappointed by my favourite store Mr Price

I was at the Goodwood Mall and needed to make a lay buy. One teller said I can’t make it while the store is closed (while I was inside) the other said they are offline. And just asked me to come back the following day. I am disappointed at Mr Price because I do my shopping with Mr Price almost everything month , I do lay-bys often. I could not buy or lay-bye the clothes. I could not understand this as two people gave me different excuses not to help me. I am not happy at all with this service that was provided
