DISAPPOINTED

My daughter and her Dad bought clothes in Price zevenwacht mall with bank card cost R1800 and the slip was emailed to him ,now my daughter and i went in Vagate mall to exchange without the slip 2 items that cost R600.00 after the exchange was done R90 was left and i was told that i can get that R90 cash as i did not bring slip i need to take something for R90 rand .I told them that i don't see anything for now . they refuse to give me the R90 they say they can only put in a voucher. What i can tell you the service was very poor and i'm very very disappointed. When i ask for manger they give me attitude and told me that the store manager is not available. Now i have R90 voucher that i don't know what i'm going to buy as i don't what to see myself shopping at Mr price again. They even told me that i can exchange where i bought the clothes and i'm like how come because im here at now .I'm very disappointed i will not shop at Mr price AGAIN
