Disappointed

I called Mr Price Log Lochan and spoke to Nombulelo. I asked her for an item and she promised and re assured me I should not look any further she will definitely return my call. I told her it's quiet urgent and need the item. I indeed stopped looking any further. She still hasn't es me back. Please tell your stuff to stop making such promises to customers in the future
