Disappointed

I I am very disappointed by the service I received from Mr Price uitvaal branch. I was told by the store manager( Welington Khoza ***) that he won't exchange my daughters shoes because they were marked down. I don't know what I am gonna do with the pumps from here, I returned home with them.
