Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in Mr Price. I paid a little late this month and they have automatically handed me over to their debt collectors. Really is this how you deal with your customers. We do not even get a phone call or anything. I will only be paying the amount that I have paid and they better s**** the remainder of the amount owing and if I get a bad credit rating due to this I will be taking it further
