Disappointed

I placed an order on the 2nd at 8:41, hoping to have received my order already, delivery is supposed to take 1-3 days I phone the call centre they advised my order will be here by monday, I requested a refund rather bcoz I cannot wait that long as I order the outfit for a reason, advised there's nothing she can do.. I would like a refund on my order if I cannot receive it 2day and I would like the refund paid out 2day aswell or I can go into store nd pick something ekseb
