Disappointed
After waiting for almost 30minutes in the queue I reach the cashier (Kamohelo) and I tell her I want to do an exchange she tells me the queue for exchange is on the other side, just wondering if I had not refused to go there was I suppose to go and join the another queue. So they do not explain to customers that they have 2 queues and how do you expect the customer to know that. I’m not happy with the service I got.
