Disappointed

Hello Peter Today Mark's exactly 8days since I wrote my complain about the bad and poor service i received from the store manager at mr price tembi mall Till this day the store manager has not yet called ....texted nor e-mailed to apologize or showed how sorry she is or was ABOUT what happened Only received a call from the area manager the following day after i wrote on this platform The area manager had also promised me that there will be a desiplinary action taking place And he will call and let me know how he has delt with the situation and how the disciplinary had went.... But till this day NOTHING So im really disappointed by this behavior from a manager of 27 year's experience and the area manager As an account holder and a loyal customer for year's with Mr price I think the regional or someone above the area manager must engage in this Seemingly this kind of behavior is being condoned
