Disapointed

The courier delivered a contract sim and few days later i took it back to mr price and cancelled it i was told its cancelled.....today i went to mr price im told that the contracr is not cancelled and stil hav to pay then im told thers qn outstanding amount on my acc for purchasing mobile data n airtime......firstly im ova 60 and dont even know hw to buy data
