Dirty Item Delivered
I made an online order on the 19 September, the dress got delivered. I got to the shop, found the package open and only to find the dress having a stain on the back. The manager at phokeng mall said she will help me get it at a store closer to phokeng. It has been close to two weeks and still nothing. Went and got a refund of just the dress (not the delivery charge). It was an inconvenience and a waste of my time and money to order clothes and get them delivered DIRTY.
