Difference in customer service

<p>Yesterday after work i went through to mall of the south mr price. I was in need of new clothing and thought about giving mr price a try. While shopping i needed assistance with regards to colours and sizes, There is a lady working in the men department, I politely asked if she could assist in helping me find a size, she rolled her eyes and walked off, after confronting her asking her to please assist as it is her job, she mumbled something and walked away again. I have never been treated with such disrespect from an employee before!!<br /><br />Then approaching the counter I was assisted by a lovely lady named Tee. She gladly asssisted me, she asked how my day was, laughed abit with me and treated me with so much love! I honestly have never felt so welcomed by staff. I really cherish that lady for making my day after it had been such a tiring one.<br /><br />With regards to the other lady I am not impressed at all and will return to see if her attitude towards customers changes.<br /><br />As for Tee. Thank you so much and Mr Price is truly lucky to have you as front line!!</p>
