Difference in balance

The balance on my account differs when looking at it online and enquiring in branch.The branch says I owe quite a lot while the online account shows very little.I emailed customer care who stated that the online balance was correct but offering no solutions.At this point i would just like a true balance so I can pay it off and close my account. I emailed them again and received a reply that they cant reach me.I have not received any calls,messages or emails.Love buying from mrp home,but cant go on like this.
