Did not receive order after a month and still waiting

I love shopping online at Mr Price, só it’s very disappointing that I’m even here giving a bad review.

My mom placed an order on 21 April , we opted for click & collect , and to this day (23 May) the package was still not delivered to the store. My mom as well as myself have sent countless emails, but get no response.

Truly disappointed.
