Despicable customer service

Terrible service received from Mr price Hillbrow, to think that this is the second time happening ,retailers need to understand that customers buy service as well not just the product/brand ..after today's incident its safe for me to say I will never shop at any Mr P ..poor quality and poor service doesn't go hand in hand ,I was told rudely to go and pay as they were closing and I shouldn't go near her department as she had already done housekeeping ..Because I work in retail I understood where she was coming from but the manner of approach threw me off ..and am happy i left my shopping basket and went shopping somewhere else where my money will be valued !
