Delivery Woes

I purchased 2 tins of baby milk online from Mr Price Baby, but when I collected the package the box was a little damaged. I did not pay any attention to the damaged box, because I know they wrap the items in the box, as I ordered online before. When I opened the package at home I was appalled to see that both tins of baby milk was dented. I could not return the dented tins as I needed the baby milk. I never received damaged goods from Mr Price Baby before, but now I am disappointed and I am not sure if I should buy online again. I have to buy baby formula online, because the Baby store close to me does not stock formula, what a dilemma. Mr Price Baby your delivery standards are dropping!
