Delivery takes forever
<p>online order was placed on 26 July, it is now the 29 July and still not received,</p> <p>I've queried telephonically and via email and response it is out on delivery. For 2 days?</p> <p> </p> <p>Call centre unable to track, trace or assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really unacceptable!</p>
