DELIVERY SUCKS!!!

I have placed an order on the 25th and I usually get my orders the same day,my friend placed her order hours after me and she still received her stuff yesterday still,and when I called the call centre they were so rude to me and said that I should wait a week before I can receive my order,this has never happened before as I always received my orders on the same day,when I called in this morning to find out they say its still processing,i mean if there isn't an item in stock they should just credit me and send the rest of my stock through.... I will never order from these guys ever again!!!
