DELIVERY SERVICE PATHETIC

I placed an order on Mr Price Clothing Online on 30 October 2024 and requested delivery to store. Delivery should have taken place the following week. It is now 13 November and I have still not received my order. I phoned and spoke to a lady last week that was supposed to escalate it and call me back. Nothing! I then sent messages (3 of them) on your Whatsapp group. I was promised delivery on today. Nothing! I send another message and now get told it will be at the store tomorrow. I am going away tomorrow and wanted these items to pack and take with me. This is shocking service on behalf of your online delivery service. I will NEVER order online again.
